Who it is for
For systems that must not fail.
✓ Good fit
- Companies with 30+ staff running own servers, clusters or a production online shop
- Businesses with sensitive data and servers, NAS or specialist software
- Internal teams that need a second line and holiday cover
✕ Probably not a fit
- Pure desktop or printer support without own servers
- Businesses without sensitive data or critical systems. The IT Check and IT emergency help there.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does ongoing support cost at vetosec?
There is a fixed monthly price. It depends on the number and type of systems, their current state and any migrations. We quote after the assessment.
How does your monitoring work?
Your systems report health and events to our operations platform. It filters false alarms and forwards what matters. An engineer checks every relevant alert; routine cases are fixed automatically.
Do we need new hardware?
No. What runs well stays. We only recommend new hardware when it is end-of-life or a risk.
Who owns the systems and credentials?
You do. Hardware, licences, admin credentials and documentation stay yours. If you switch, we hand over credentials, network plan and runbook.
Is around-the-clock on-call available?
It is possible together with cooperation partners. Availability is agreed individually.
On site or remote?
Operations run remotely over secured access. On site we cover Lower Austria, Vienna and Burgenland.
