What does it cost?
Entry points have fixed prices: external analysis from €249, IT Check from €1,299, excl. VAT. For ongoing support you get a fixed monthly price after the assessment.
Do you work with our practice software vendor?
Yes. We coordinate updates, backups and remote access with the vendor. Product support stays with the vendor.
Where is our data stored?
In your practice and in an offsite backup, in an EU data centre if you want. The legal assessment stays with you.
Do you come on site?
Yes, in Lower Austria, Vienna and Burgenland. Much is done remotely so your practice is not disturbed.
