How fast do you respond?
Usually within a few hours, immediately in emergencies. You have a direct contact, not an anonymous ticket system.
What is remote support?
We solve many problems through secure remote access without having to drive over. Often faster than someone coming on site.
When do you come in person?
When hardware is involved, when something new needs to be set up, or when a conversation on site simply works better.
How can I reach you?
Phone, email or ticket. Whichever you prefer. You always have the same contact who knows your IT.
How is IT support billed?
Smaller requests we usually handle as a goodwill gesture or within an existing contract you already have with us, for example your cloud solution. Larger work is covered by the monthly support contract. If something turns out to be significantly more involved, we agree it with you first before any extra effort gets billed. That way there is never a surprise on the invoice.
How is this different from managed services?
Support reacts to problems. Managed services keep things running so problems do not appear in the first place. Many customers combine both.
