What are managed services?

How often are patches applied?

Security relevant updates within a few days, often the same day. Feature updates we schedule so they do not interrupt anything.

Am I locked into Microsoft 365?

No. We work just as well with Google Workspace, Nextcloud or a mix. We adapt to how you work.

Do you manage licenses too?

Yes. We keep track of licenses, subscriptions and contracts, so you do not overpay or accidentally work without one. We also have a strong preference for open source ourselves, and wherever it fits your business, we deliberately look at which licensing costs can be avoided without losing functionality.

Can I switch from my current IT provider?

What does 24/7 monitoring actually mean?
