Mac, Windows or Linux for the office?

All three work, we support Mac, Windows and Linux. What fits depends on your software, not on taste. We advise per role. Some programs are not fully interoperable across all three. If that comes up for you, we say so clearly up front and make sure that in the end everything works together smoothly.

When should a laptop be replaced?

It depends on what you use the device for. For most tasks a laptop lasts noticeably longer than people often assume. Often a small repair, a new battery or some extra memory is enough to get the device running smoothly again. We do not like swapping out hardware when it is not actually needed.

What is a standard image?

A prepared device setup we apply to every new laptop. New hires get a usable device noticeably faster than with a manual setup, and every device is built the same way.

How do remote workers stay secure?

Through encrypted company VPN, with two factor and a device we have configured. Like the office, just somewhere else.

Buy hardware or lease?

Both work, both have upsides. Buy when needs are stable. Lease when you grow fast or want predictable costs.

Should staff use personal devices for work?

Only with clear rules. We usually advise against it. A company device is cheaper than a data protection incident on someone personal phone.
