Digital solutions

Technology that takes work off your desk.

We use digital solutions where they save time, simplify processes or make operations more reliable.

No digitalisation for its own sake.

Not every process needs new software.

But when a recurring process costs time, creates errors or is needlessly complicated, a good technical solution can quickly bring more value than it costs.

What this can look like

Processes that simply work better.

Not a product catalogue. Examples of systems we build, integrate and operate around your business.

01 / 08

More systems. Less hardware chaos.

Virtualised servers separate services cleanly, make backups and migrations easier, and use existing resources better.

Fewer physical servers, systems that are easier to maintain.

02 / 08

Data where it belongs.

Instead of spreading files across devices, we put them in a clear structure with permissions, versions, backups and secure exchange.

Less searching, fewer duplicates, one reliable source of truth.

03 / 08

Backup is good. Restore is better.

Production data flows into a separate backup, an external or immutable copy, and a tested restore path.

A failure or ransomware incident does not have to reveal whether the backup works.

04 / 08

Stop sorting invoices by hand.

AI-assisted recognition can collect incoming invoices, assign suppliers and projects, and route approvals with a clear record.

Less filing, less searching, clearer approvals.

05 / 08

Replace paper where it genuinely helps.

Forms, checklists, approvals, signatures and service documentation can often work in a few digital steps instead of print, scan and filing.

Fewer media breaks and documentation created where the work happens.

06 / 08

One place for what people need every day.

Files, calendars, contacts, tasks, knowledge, project spaces and secure access can meet in one understandable interface.

Fewer scattered tools and less time spent searching.

07 / 08

One sign-in. Clear rights.

Central identities, SSO, MFA, and well-defined onboarding and offboarding keep access understandable and controlled.

Fewer passwords, better control, fewer forgotten accounts.

08 / 08

See what runs. Automate what repeats.

Monitoring checks servers, certificates, storage, backups and updates. Recurring tasks become reports or defined actions.

Problems become visible before they interrupt work.

More useful building blocks

It often starts smaller.

  • Asset- und Inventarverwaltung
  • Digitales Onboarding / Offboarding
  • Freigabeprozesse und Intake-Systeme
  • Interne Wikis und Wissensdatenbanken
  • Kunden- und Upload-Portale
  • Dashboards, Reporting und Alerting
  • Sichere Remote-Arbeit und Standortvernetzung
  • KI-gestützte Suche über freigegebene Dokumente
  • Formular-, Prüf- und Eskalationsprozesse

Our standard

Stable before exciting.

Where established, well-maintained open-source solutions reliably do the job, we are happy to use them. This can reduce licence costs and dependencies and keep systems maintainable over time.

But open source is not a goal in itself. If an existing or commercial solution fits better, it stays or is integrated.

The operation decides. Not ideology.

+ Your requirement

The examples above are not product boundaries.

When a recurring process costs time, creates errors or is unnecessarily manual, we look at whether it can be sensibly digitised or automated.

Not every digitalisation creates an advantage. We build where time, stability, security or ongoing costs actually improve.
