### Do you work with our practice software vendor?

Yes. We coordinate updates, backups and remote access with the vendor. Product support stays with the vendor.

### Where is our data stored?

In your practice and in an offsite backup, in an EU data centre if you want. The legal assessment stays with you.

### Do you come on site?

Yes, in Lower Austria, Vienna and Burgenland. Much is done remotely so your practice is not disturbed.
